Description of requirement

DB - DAO HUU CANH SCHOOLS THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL REQUIRED MANAGEMENT, LABOR, TRAVEL, ADMINISTRATION, COORDINATION, FURNISHINGS, EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS, EARTHWORK, CONCRETE, CEMENT, REINFORCING, CIVIL, STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, BUILDING SERVICES, TRAINING, DOCUMENTATION AND ALL OTHER ASSOCIATED WORK TO COMPLETE SITE-ADAPT DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT THE DAO HUU CANH KINDERGARTEN AND PRIMARY SCHOOLS AS DETAILED IN THIS SOW. THE CONTRACTOR IS EXPECTED TO DESIGN THE SCHOOL IN ACCORDANCE WITH CAMBODIA MINISTRY OF EDUCATION (MOE) STANDARDS, THE REQUIREMENTS IDENTIFIED IN SECTION 2.0, AND THIS SOW. THE CONTRACTOR IS EXPECTED TO REMOVE ALL DEMOLITION/CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS AND INCLUDE RESTORATION TO PRE-CONSTRUCTION CONDITIONS OF DISTURBED AREAS. THIS INCLUDES AREAS WHERE THE CONTRACTOR S WORKFORCE, STORAGE, MOVEMENTS, AND OTHER SUCH RELATED ACTIVITY HAVE OCCURRED. POC IS MAJ JUSTIN DE ARMOND, CONTRACTING OFFICER AT 907 753 2548
