STATEMENT OF WORK BUILDING 1624 HI-BAY REPAIR&EMCS EDWARDS AFB, CA CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL LABOR, MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENT NECESSARY TO REPAIR B1624 HI-BAY HVAC&CONTROLS PER THE REQUEST PROVIDED BY THE USER AND AS FOLLOWS: A. REMOVE&REPLACE IN THE HI-BAY 7 HVAC UNITS INCLUDING EVAPORATIVE COOLING UNITS (ECU), HEATING/VENTILATING UNITS AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT, SUCH AS CONTROLS, AND HUMIDIFIERS. B. REMOVE&REPLACE 8 EXHAUST FANS IN THE HI-BAY. C. PROVIDE&INSTALL NEW OSHA COMPLIANT MAINTENANCE PLATFORMS AND ACCESS LADDERS TO EACH OF THE 7 HVAC UNITS WITHIN THE HI-BAY. D. PROVIDE&INSTALL NEW EMCS/SCADA COMPLYING WITH EAFB STANDARDS THRU-OUT B1624 FOR 2 BOILERS, THE COMPLETE HI-BAY HVAC SYSTEM, AND THE 2 GAS-ELECTRIC UNITS SERVING THE OFFICES. E. THE HI-BAY SHALL BE MAINTAINED AT 47%-53% RELATIVE HUMIDITY AND 70-120OF. THE PERFORMANCE PERIOD IS TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY (270) CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE TIME THE CONTRACTOR RECEIVES THE FORMAL NOTICE TO PROCEED FROM THE CONTRACTING OFFICER S REPRESENTATIVE. DAVIS BACON WAGE DETERMINATION IS CA120031 FOR KERN COUNTY CALIFORNIA, EFFECTIVE UPON THE DATE OF AWARD. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES ARE $1,060.00 PER DAY.
