IGF::OT::IGF EXERCISE OPTION PERIOD 3 FOR THE OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE OF THE CURRENT FINANCIAL PARTNER DATA MART (FPDM) CONTRACT. THE FPDM WAS DEVELOPED TO PROVIDE AGGREGATED LEVEL INFORMATION AND DECISION SUPPORT CAPABILITIES FEDERAL FAMILY EDUCATIONAL LOAN PROGRAM (FFELP) LENDER/SERVICER AND ITS GUARANTOR PERFORMANCE. THE FPDM WAS ENHANCED TO PROVIDE LOAN-LEVEL INFORMATION AROUND TITLE IV ADDITIONAL SERVICERS (TIVAS) PERFORMANCE TO SUPPORT MANAGEMENT DECISION MAKING PROCESSES FOR LOANS HELD BY ED IN 2010.
