RATSTHE US ARMY APPLIED AVIATION TECHNOLOGY DIRECTORATE (AATD) IS CONTRACTING WITH SALINAS TECHNOLOGIES INC. (STI), LOCATED IN PENSACOLA FLORIDA, , TO DEVELOP AN OPERATIONAL UNIT AH-64 IFR TRAINING SUPPORT PACKAGE (TSP). THE OBJECTIVE OF THIS EFFORT IS TO DEVELOP, DESIGN, ANALYZE, IMPLEMENT, EVALUATE, AND SUSTAIN AN AH-64 IFR TSP. UPON COMPLETION OF THE TSP, STI SHALL DELIVER THE PRODUCT TO AATD.
