Description of requirement
"FISCAL YEAR 2012 FUNDING PROVIDED HEREUNDER IS RELEASABLE PROPORTIONATE TO THE AMOUNT OF TIME COVERED BY THE CONTINUING RESOLUTION(S) PASSED BY CONGRESS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2012 AND BECOMES FULLY AVAILABLE WHEN PASSAGE OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2012 APPROPRIATION ACT, OR OTHER CONGRESSIONAL ACTION PROVIDING COMPLETE BUDGET AUTHORITY, BECOMES LAW." THIS BPA IS NEEDED TO WORK IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE EXTENDED MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR OUR SECURITY SYSTEM. THIS BPA WILL COVER REPAIRS THAT ARE NOT COVERED UNDER THE TERMS OF THE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT. THIS BPA WILL COVER BOTH LABOR AND MATERIALS. IT WILL ALSO BE USED TO FACILITATE ANY CHANGES TO THE SECURITY SYSTEM CONFIGURATION AS NEEDED TO ENHANCE OUR SECURITY POSTURE.
