IGF::OT::IGF TASK ORDER 0004 IS A COST-PLUS-FIXED-FEE - TERM AND COMPLETION HYBRID TYPE CONTRACT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TECHNICAL INFORMATION ENGINEERING SERVICES (TIES) CONTRACT W56KGU-15-D-0006.
