Description of requirement

THE OBJECTIVE OF THIS EFFORT IS TO DESIGN, FABRICATE, INTEGRATE AND TEST TOW (2) ADVANCED DEVELOPMENT MODEL FLEXDAR S-BAND FLEXDAR FRONT ENDS THAT WILL BE INCORPORATED INTO A GOVERNMENT TEST BED.EACH APERTURE WILL SUBSEQUENTLY BE INTEGRATED WITH A FLEXDAR BACK END SIGNAL AND DATA PROCESSING SUBSYSTEM TO BE DEVELOPED BY THE NAVY.
