ARCHITECT-ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR FOLSOM DAM PERMANENT OPERATIONS STUDY WILL BE TO DEVELOP A NEW WATER CONTROL MANUAL (WCM), FOR THE SAFE AND EFFICIENT OPERATION OF FOLSOM DAM AFTER THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE JOINT FEDERAL PROJECT S (JFP) AUXILIARY SPILLWAY. DOING SO WILL REQUIRE DETAILED ANALYSIS OF IMPACTS TO SEASONAL STORAGE VARIATIONS AND HOW THOSE IMPACTS AFFECT WATER SUPPLY, POWER GENERATION, AND CRITICAL ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS SUCH AS TEMPERATURE, SEDIMENTATION, AND WATER QUALITY.
