SCOPE OF SERVICES BY UTILIZING PROFESSIONALS WHO ARE EXPERIENCED WITH ISO 14001 EMS DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION ISSUES, THE CONTRACTOR WILL ASSIST CSTC IN THEIR GOAL OF EMS IMPLEMENTATION AND COMPLIANCE TO THE ISO 14001 EMS STANDARD AND IN TURN WITH EO 13423. THE CONTRACTOR WILL DEVELOP AN EMS FOR FORT HUNTER LIGGETT AND UPDATE THE CURRENT EMS AT CAMP PARKS. SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION OF A ROBUST EMS WILL REQUIRE SIGNIFICANT TIME AND EFFORT BY CSTC SENIOR MANAGEMENT, EMS IMPLEMENTATION TEAM, MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE, AND OTHER KEY PERSONNEL.
