Description of requirement

IGF::OT::IGF THIS TASK ORDER SHALL ADDRESS THE OPERATIONAL AND TECHNICAL UNDERPINNINGS OF CURRENT NVESD DIVISIONS AND THEIR SPECIFIC PROGRAMS. SPECIFIC TASKS SHALL INCLUDE TRADE-OFF ANALYSIS AND DETERMINATIONS AND PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS. TECHNICAL REPORTS AND BRIEFINGS, DATA ITEMS, AND RECOMMENDATION FOR THE BEST TECHNICAL APPROACH SHALL BE PROVIDED. A BROAD RANGE OF TECHNICAL EXPERTISE IS REQUIRED TO ANALYZE NVESD MISSION REQUIREMENTS AND TO EVALUATE TRADEOFFS FOR SENSOR COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS AND ARCHITECTURES THAT COULD BE USED IN A VARIETY OF MISSIONS.
