Description of requirement

THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF THIS CONTRACT ARE TO (A) PROVIDE MAINTENANCE AND NEW ORDER PLACEMENT FOR EPA NATIONWIDE DOOR LOCK HARDWARE, AND (B) PROVIDE NATIONWIDE ROUTINE INTRUSION DETECTION AND CCTV MAINTENANCE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE NATIONWIDE DOOR AND LOCK HARDWARE REPLACEMENT IS AN ONGOING PROJECT TO STANDARDIZE AND REKEY ALL NATIONWIDE OFFICES; AND PROVIDE DAY TO DAY MAINTENANCE FOR EXISTING HARDWARE. OUR INTRUSION DETECTION SYSTEM MAINTENANCE WILL PROVIDE NATIONWIDE SUPPORT FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE ISSUES INCLUDING BATTERY, MONITOR REPLACEMENT, AND CHANGES TO SYSTEM OPERATIONS.
