Description of requirement

IGF::CT::IGF THE DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY, CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION REQUIRES CONTRACT SUPPORT FOR MANAGEMENT, LABOR, SUPERVISION, QUALITY CONTROL AND TRAINING SERVICES TO PERFORM THE VARIOUS FUNCTIONS AT THE NATIONAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER (NDC).
