Description of requirement

THE PURPOSE OF THIS MODIFICATION IS TO INITIATE A NEW TASK ORDER UNDER THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT FOR TEMPORARY HELP SERVICES. THIS TASK ORDER IS FOR A HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR FOR THE SALMON-CHALLIS NATIONAL FOREST. THE FULLY BURDENED HOURLY RATE FOR A HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR IS $47.31. THIS TASK ORDER MAY FUND UP TO THREE TEMPORARY HELP EMPLOYEES. TEMPORARY HELP EMPLOYEES MUST HOLD A VALID IDAHO STATE CLASS B CDL LICENSE. OPERATORS MUST ALSO HAVE SKILLS IN OPERATING A FRONT END LOADER, BACKHOE/LOADER, EXCAVATOR, DUMP TRUCK AND GRADER TO RECIVE A US GOVERNMENT MOTOR VEHICLE OPERATOR ID CARD. THE START DATE FOR THE HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR IS JUNE 24, 2010 AND FUNDING IS AVAILABLE FOR 192 WORKING HOURS.
