IGF::CT::IGF THIS BPA CALL IS ISSUED AGAINST PA-NRCS BPA AWARD NO. AG-2D37-B-10-0003. ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE BPA AWARD APPLY TO THIS CALL. THIS BPA CALL IS FOR ADAMS ABSTRACT TO PERFORM TITLE AND CLOSING SERVICES FOR THE EASEMENTS OF: MORO, CHESTER COUNTY 8.7 ACRES - $4,347.50 THIS IS PART OF THE WETLANDS RESERVE PROGRAM (WRP). PERFORMANCE TIME FOR TITLE AND CLOSING SERVICES: THE TITLE/CLOSING SERVICE PERFORMANCE SHALL BE COMPLETED AND DELIVERABLES SUBMITTED WITHIN THE GUIDELINES OF THE STATEMENT OF WORK. THE TOTAL PRICE OF $4,347.50 FOR TITLE AND CLOSING SERVICE IS ACCEPTED. PERFORMANCE TIMES RELATING TO THE TITLE WORK SERVICES SHALL BE PERFORMED WITHIN THE TIMES STATED IN THE STATEMENT OF WORK FOR THE PROPERTIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS AWARD. THIS AWARD IS VALID UNTIL 09/30/2015 TO ALLOW TIME FOR ALL WORK UNDER THIS AWARD TO BE COMPLETED AND TO ALLOW FOR FINAL INVOICING TO OCCUR.
