THE FORT COLLINS WORK CENTER IS LOCATED AT 300 WEST HEMLOCK, FORT COLLINS, COLORADO. PERFORMANCE PERFORMANCE PERIOD IS 30 DAYS. WORK WILL BEGIN AS SOON AS PRACICAL AFTER TASK ORDER AWARD. A NOTICE TO PROCEED WILL BE ISSUED TO CONFIRM THE START OF WORK DATE. ALL SPECIFICATIONS, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS OF THE BASE CONTRACT AND THE ATTACHED TASK ORDER APPLY TO THIS TASK ORDER.
