Description of requirement

TAS::89 0209::TAS RECOVERY. MANAGEMENT OF THE KEY STEPS OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR LOAN GUARANTEES UNDER THE PROGRAM ESTABLISHED BY THE LOAN GUARANTEE PROGRAM OFFICE OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY. THE SERVICES OF A PROGRAM MANAGER AND PERSONNEL THAT CAN DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT A PROGRAM, AND A SUPPORTING DATA COLLECTION SYSTEM, THAT WILL TRACK ALL SCHEDULED AND ACTUAL APPLICATION ACTIVITY THROUGH TO CLOSING OF A PROJECTED PIPELINE OF UP TO 300 EXISTING RENEWABLE ENERGY CLIENTS OF MONEY CENTER BANKS, REGIONAL BANKS, SPECIALTY AND COMMUNITY BANKS, INSURANCE COMPANIES, INVESTMENT BANKS, LEASING COMPANIES AND OTHER FINANCIAL FIRMS. THE CONTRACTOR WILL BE REQUIRED TO COORDINATE ALL APPLICATION ACTIVITIES, AND REPORTING ON PROGRESS ON THOSE ACTIVITIES, OF THESE INSTITUTIONS THAT WILL SERVE AS FUNDING VEHICLES FOR ENERGY APPLICANTS PURSUING PARTIAL LOAN GUARANTEES FOR NEW AND EXISTING COMMERCIAL ENERGY PROJECTS AS ANTICIPATED TO BE ELIGIBLE UNDER SECTION 1705 OF TITLE XVII OF THE ENERGY POLICY ACT OF 2005 AS AMENDED.
