Description of requirement

THE "TRUSTEE BANKS" PROVIDE WRITTEN AND ORAL COMMUNICATIONS WITH ALL PARTICIPATING MINORITY FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS, INCLUDING WRITTEN NOTIFICATIONS TO MINORITY INSTITUTIONS OF THE CERTIFICATES OF DEPOSIT'S ISSUE DATES, MATURITY DATES, SIX-MONTH TREASURY BILL AUCTION RATES, AND INTEREST AMOUNT DUE AT MATURITY. ADDITIONALLY, "TRUSTEE" BANKS MUST PROVIDE REPORTS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AT LEAST SEMI-ANNUALLY. THE REPORTS CONTAIN COMPLETE LISTINGS OF AMOUNTS DEPOSITED WITH EACH FINANCIAL INSTITUTION AS WELL AS STATEMENTS OF RECEIPT AND DISBURSEMENTS DURING EACH ROLLOVER.
