MODIFICATIONS TO FISHING GEAR IN DUTCH HARBOR, ALASKA AS FOLLOWS: 1. INSTALL PROVIDED SALMON EXCLUDER AND RECAPTURE NET ONTO THE PELAGIC TRAWL OF THE GOVERNMENT-CHARTERED FISHING VESSEL, PACIFIC EXPLORER. 2. TRAWL, EXCLUDER AND RECAPTURE NET WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE TO VENDOR IN DUTCH HARBOR AND VENDOR WILL PROVIDE MODIFIED TRAWL TO THE VESSEL WITHIN TWO (2) DAYS. 3. AFTER CRUISE COMPLETION, VENDOR WILL RECEIVE THE EXCLUDER, INSPECT IT FOR DAMAGE, AND RETURN IT TO A SIMILAR CONDITION AS WHEN IT WAS RECEIVED.
