Description of requirement

SUPPORT TO THE PROGRAM OFFICE WILL ASSIST IN THEIR EFFORTS TO SATISFY BOTH CURRENT AND FUTURE NAVY/MARINE CORPS NEEDS FOR AMPHIBIOUS WARFARE.
