Description of requirement

IGF::CT::IGF THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE IN-SERVICE ENGINEERING (ISE) AND WATERFRONT PLANNING, DEVELOPMENT, IMPLEMENTATION, EXECUTION, MAINTENANCE AND UPGRADING SUPPORT FOR NAV/IBC/CONTROLS SYSTEMS. TO EXECUTE ITS RESPONSIBILITIES, REQUIRES THE SUPPORT OF ENGINEERING, TECHNICAL, AND LOGISTICS SPECIALISTS WHO ARE LOCATED AT NAVY SHIP MAJOR HOMEPORTS. THIS SUPPORT REQUIRES RESPONSIVE AND HIGH QUALITY ENGINEERING, TECHNICAL, AND LOGISTICS SERVICES THAT ONLY A SPECIALIZED CONTRACTOR CAN PROVIDE.
