Description of requirement

SLEEPING ROOMS, MEETING SPACE, LIGHT REFRESHMENTS, AND A/V EQUIPMENT, IN SUPPORT OF EPA'S OFFICE OF ACQUISITION MANAGEMENT'S (OAM) 2011 ACQUISITION CONFERENCE. ALL LINE ITEMS UNDER THIS PURCHASE ORDER ARE BASED ON A NOT-TO-EXCEED VALUES, WHICH, WHEN COMBINED, REPRESENTS THE MAXIMUM CEILING FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. THE CONTRACTOR MAY NOT EXCEED THE FUNDED VALUE OF THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM THE CONTRACTING OFFICER. FURTHERMORE, THIS PURCHASE ORDER IS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK, THE RFQ, POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON DECEMBER 7, 2010 AND THE VENDOR'S QUOTE DATED DECEMBER 15, 2010. ONLY THE FUNDED NUMBER OF ROOMS CURRENTLY IDENTIFIED UNDER LINE ITEM 1 WILL BE PAID FOR VIA THIS PURCHASE ORDER. ADDITIONAL ROOMS, ADDING UP TO THE 300 TOTAL RESERVED ROOMS (EST. TOTAL OF 950 ROOM NIGHTS) WILL BE PAID FOR BY INDIVIDUALS USING THEIR OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT ISSUED TRAVEL CARDS.
