THIS TASK ORDER MODIFICATION IS HEREBY ISSUED TO EXERCISE OPTION PERIOD III AND PROVIDE INCREMENTAL FORWARD FUNDING IN THE AMOUNT OF $485,000.00 FOR GS-10F-0036K, T.O. EP11H000900 WITH EASTERN RESEARCH GROUP. FUNDS ARE NECESSARY TO PROVIDE REQUIRED TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR A NUMBER OF SHEMD ONGOING PROJECTS I.E., I2P2 PROGRAM, SHEMD INTRANET SITE SUPPORT, AEDS SUPPORT AND EMS CONFORMANCE REVIEWS.THESE FUNDS WILL PROVIDE THE REQUIRED DOLLARS TO SUPPORT THE NEEDED TECHNICAL SERVICES FOR THE MONTH OF OCTOBER 2011.
