Description of requirement
IGF::OT::IGF ORBRA-R14-69 TAIWAN. THE FEASIBILITY STUDY WILL INCLUDE SPECIFIC RECOMMENDATIONS ON EXPANDING THE EXISTING PILOT, ECO-SCHOOLS, PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM BETWEEN THE U.S. AND TAIWAN. THE PROGRAM TO BE DESIGNED UNDER THIS ACTION WOULD ASSIST MUNICIPALITY CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS SUCH AS SUSTAINABLE JERSEY BY HELPING INTEGRATE THE EXISTING US-TAIWAN PILOT SCHOOLS PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM INTO THE COMMUNITY-WIDE PROGRAM. THE PURPOSE OF DEVELOPING THIS STUDY IS TO DETERMINE THE COSTS AND MAP OUT IMPLEMENTATION OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM THAT WOULD HELP LOCAL PARTNERS IN THE U.S. AND TAIWAN INTEGRATE ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION INTO CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS AND HELP PARTICIPATING INSTITUTIONS REDUCE THEIR IMPACT ON THE ENVIRONMENT. THIS PROJECT IMPLEMENTS A COMMITMENT UNDER EPAS AGREEMENT WITH ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ADMINISTRATION TAIWAN THROUGH AMERICAN INSTITUTE IN TAIWAN IMPLEMENTING ARRANGEMENT 9 ACTIVITY 7 / IMPEMENTING ARANGMENT 10 ACTIVITY 6.
