IGF::OT::IGF THIS WILL SERVE AS YOUR NOTICE TO PROCEED (NTP) WITH YOUR OFFER OF $21,150.00. ALL WORK IS TO BE COORDINATED WITH YOUR COR, BRIAN WOHLETZ AT 316-269-6582. CHRIS POSS IS THE TECHNICAL POINT OF CONTACT AND CAN BE REACHED AT (785) 295-2503. TOM KISH IS YOUR CONTRACTING OFFICER AND CAN BE REACHED AT (785) 295-2502. ALL CONTRACT EMPLOYEES SHALL OBTAIN A SECURITY CLEARANCE AND BACKGROUND CHECK IN ORDER TO PERFORM WORK ON THE PREMISES. SECURITY CLEARANCE FORMS, FINGERPRINT CARDS, AND INSTRUCTIONS MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE GSA KANSAS OFFICE (785-295-7700). ALL CONTRACTORS/SUBCONTRACTORS MUST HAVE CURRENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AND WEAR ID BADGES AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON THE PREMISES. THE SCOPE OF WORK AND CLAUSES REMAIN UNCHANGED AND ALL WORK IS TO BE COMPLETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CONTRACT SPECIFICATIONS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT REQUIRED TO REMOVE EXISTING ROOM AND DIRECTION SIGNAGE, PAINT WALLS AND REPLACE RETURN AIR GRILLS ON THE 2ND, 3RD, 4TH AND 5TH FLOORS OF THE WICHITA U.S. COURTHOUSE, 401 N. MARKET WICHITA, KS, PER THE SCOPE OF WORK, AND DRAWINGS ATTACHED AND HEREBY INCORPORATED.
