Description of requirement

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (CM) SHALL PERFORM ALL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES NECESSARY FOR MANAGEMENT OF THE PROCUREMENT PHASE(S), DEMOLITION PHASE, DESIGN/BUILD CONSTRUCTION PHASE, PROJECT CLOSE-OUT PHASE, AND FURNITURE, FIXTURE, AND EQUIPMENT PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION PHASE OF THE NEW FBI FIELD FACILITY, SOUTH FLORIDA. THE ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST AT AWARD (ECCA) IS BETWEEN $125 MILLION AND $155 MILLION (FY07). THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS THAT THE PARTNERING MANAGEMENT PROCESS BE USED TO PROMOTE SUCCESSFUL PROJECT DEVELOPMENT AND EXECUTION.
