LOUIS, MO 63102 THE A/E SHALL PROVIDE PRE-DESIGN SERVICES TO MODIFY, UPGRADE AND/OR REPLACE THE EXISTING FA ADE ACCESS SYSTEM TO PROVIDE A FULLY COMPLIANT AND EASILY USED FA ADE ACCESS SYSTEM. COMPLIANCE WOULD BE TO IWCA I14.1 / ANSI 2001 AND OSHA GUIDELINES AT THE EAGLETON COURTHOUSE. THE WORK WILL INCLUDE VISITING THE SITE, DETERMINING THE SCOPE OF WORK AND COMPLETING A CONSTRUCTION COST ESTIMATE FOR THE WORK.
