Description of requirement
CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL LABOR MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT AND SUPERVISION TO: 1. INSTALL NEW SECURITY CAMERA SYSTEM WITH 360 DEG ROTATION AND 90DEG TILT CAPABILITIES. 2. JOY STICK CONTROL WITH ZOOM CONTROL. 3. TWO 13" MONITORS (TO REPLACE EXISTING). 4. RAISE EXISTING CAMERA BRACKET TO HAVE A CLEAR VIEW OF THE YARD AND ESPECIALLY THE YARD ENTRANCE GATE. 5. INSTALL NEW NOTIFICATION ALARMS FOR YARD GATE,OFFICE FRONT DOOR (AP-Z1) AND PROVIDE EACH DOOR WITH OWN IDENTITY TONE OR CODING TONE. 6. REPAIR OR REPLACE CONTACTS,WIRING S, ETC. OF AP-Z1 THROUGH AP-Z6 TO ENSURE PROPER OPERATION OF ALARMS. 7. TEST,CHECK TO ENSURE THE PROPER OPERATION OF EXISTING UNDERGROUND SENSING DEVICE FOR INCOMING VEHICLES. REPAIR OR REPLACE AS NECESSARY. THE SAME APPLIES WITH GATE REMOTE CONTROL. INSTALL KEYPAD FOR GATE ACCESS. 8. INSTALL SECURITY BARS ON 3 EACH SKYLIGHTS. * FRONT OFFICE WINDOW. * WOMEN'S RESTROOM WINDOW. 9. ENCAPSULATE FLOOR TILES, THEN INSTALL ROLL CARPET IN OFFICE SPACE. PROVIDE AND INSTALL COVE BASE. DEMO EXISTING SHELVES. PAINT WALLS AND CEILING. 10. PROVIDE AND INSTALL ALARM MOTION SENSORS IN OFFICE AND WOMEN'S RESTROOM (MO-Z3)
