THIS DELIVERY ORDER IS BEING ISSUED TO PROVIDE FOR ALL LABOR, MATERIAL, AND EQUIPMENT NECESSARY TO PERFORM THE BUILD-OUT OF THE FREIGHT ELEVATOR MODERNIZATION PROJECT AT THE FEDERAL BUILIDING AT 11000 WILSHIRE BOULEVARD IN LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA. THE WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ATTACHMENT C - CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS ISSUED UNDER THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) DATED JANUARY 23, 2009 AND THE TWO (2) AMENDMENTS TO THE RFP DATED FEBRUARY 4, 2009 AND FEBRUARY 17, 2009. THIS DELIVERY ORDER IS BEING ISSUED IN THE AMOUNT OF $698,000.00 AS ACCEPTED WITH THE PROPOSAL DATED FEBRUARY 27, 2009. CONTRACT PERFORMANCE SHALL BEGIN ON MAY 5, 2009 AND RUN FOR 270 CALENDAR DAYS. THE OVERALL CONTRACT COMPLETION DATE IS JANUARY 30, 2010.
