Description of requirement

SCOPE OF WORK: USMS OVERTIME UTILITIES THIS CONTRACT NOT TO EXCEED TOTAL AMOUNT FOR FY 2010 UNLESS AUTHORIZED IN ADVANCED. ACCORDING TO U.S. GOVERNMENT LEASE FOR REAL PROPERTY LEASE NO. GS-09B-02193 ON BLOCK 15. PURSUANT TO PARAGRAPH NO. 7.3 , OVERTIME USAGE, OF THE SOLICITATION FOR OFFER (SFO) NO. 02193, THE LESSOR SHALL BE REIMBURSED FOR OFFICE OVERTIME USE OF HVAC AT THE RATE OF $5.41 PER HOUR. THE OFFICE SPACE RATE APPLIES FOR HVAC ORDERED AND USED AFTER NORMAL OPERATING HOURS OF 8:00 AM TO 6:00PM MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, AND EXCEPT FEDERAL HOLIDAYS. ALL INVOICES WILL BE SUBMITTED QUARTERLY AND CERTIFIED BY THE AGENCY PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL TO PROPERTY MANAGER S OFFICE FOR PAYMENT. ALL INVOICES ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A DELIVERY ORDER NUMBER AND PDN# PJ0J00631 PRINTED CLEARLY ON THEM. INVOICES MUST BE SENT TO OUR FINANCE DIVISION AND A COPY OF THE INVOICE MUST BE FAX TO OUR OFFICE AT (602) 514-7496 FOR INVOICE ACCEPTANCE.
