WARGAMING - THE CONTRACTOR SHALL DEVELOP MULTIFACETED EXERCISES THAT SHALL SUPPORT THE CORE COMPETENCIES AND VARIOUS EXPERIMENTATION EFFORTS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY (DHS).
