TO MEET THE OCIO HIGH SPEED OPERATIONAL CONNECTIVITY (HI-SOC) REQUIREMENTS AT PHOENIX SKY HARBOR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (PHX), THE US GOVT [TSA ] DESIRES TO LEASE [16] STRANDS OF SINGLE MODE (SM) DARK FIBER FROM THE CITY OF PHOENIX (COP). HI-SOC IS FUNDED BY CONGRESS. FUNCTIONALITY THAT [COP] DARK FIBER SUPPORTS IS : (1) CONNECTIVITY TO ALL TSA CONTROLLED SPACE (LAN)....NETWORKED CHECK POINTS, BAGGAGE AREAS, NETWORKED TRAINING ROOMS, OFFICE SPACE; (2) WAN CONNECTIVITY TO TSA HOSTING CENTER SAINT LOUIS; (3) VOIP INTELLIGENT PHONES; (4) MIGRATION TO MICROSOFT (XP) AND EMAIL; (5) SECURITY AND REMOTE ACCESS VPN. THIS DARK FIBER PRICE AND SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA) IS TO BE NEGOTIATED BETWEEN COP POC [MIKE JONES] & TSA CO CHRIS ZELEZNIK. TSA PROJECT LEAD IS NYAL PIPER AT 571 227 3711. TSA CO IS CHRIS ZELEZNIK AT 571 227 1605. HE NEGOTIATES THE QUOTE FROM COP.
