IGF::OT::IGF UNDER THE COMMON ELEMENTS ARCHITECTURE (CEA) TEST BED PROJECT, THE GOVERNMENT IS EXPLORING NON-PROPRIETARY, STANDARDS-BASED OPEN ARCHITECTURE AS A MEANS OF PROVISIONING CAPABILITIES TO SUPPORT NEW SECURITY SCREENING CONCEPTS-OF-OPERATIONS (CONOPS) FOR THE ELECTRONIC BAGGAGE SCREENING PROGRAM (EBSP) AND THE PASSENGER SCREENING PROGRAM (PSP). THE CEA TEST BED PROJECT IS UNDERTAKEN TO ENABLE TRIALS OF OPEN ARCHITECTURE APPROACHES FOR SECURITY SCREENING.
