THIS PR PROVIDES FUNDS FOR THE URGENT AWARDING OF A 3 MONTH CONTRACT TO TOTAL FACILITY MAINTENANCE TO PERFORM JANITORIAL SERVICES AT THE 80,000 SQ FT OF CHECKPOINTS/BAGGAGE AREAS AT ORD. TFM IS THE ONLY CONTRACT WITH EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE BADGE ACCESS TO ORD AIRPORT AND CAN PROVIDE THE REQUIRED SERVCIES IMMEDIATELY. PERIOD OF SERVICE IS 1 OCTOBER 2007- 31 DECEMBER 2007. SOLE SOURCE JUSTIFICAITON IS ATTACHED.
