INCLUDES DUCTLESS AIR HANDLER MOUNTED ON THE WALL; CONDENSER ON THE ROOF; CONTROL WIRE FROM THE CONDENSER TO THE COIL; FLUSHING OUT THE EXISTING COPPER REFRIGERANT LINES WITH RX-11 FLUSH; AND RECONNECTING THE EXISTING HIGH VOLTAGE AND DRAIN LINE, AND TRAVEL. BOYER SHALL PROVIDE ALL PARTS AND LABOR.
