WORK WILL INCLUDE THE REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF ALL FURNITURE, REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF OLD CARPET AND COVE BASE, PREPRATION OF FLOORS, AND INSTALLATION OF NEW CARPET AND COVE BASE.
