THE OFFER FROM EDERICK ASSOCIATES, INC., WAS THE LOWEST PRICED QUOTE FOR THE COTS ITEM REQUESTED AND WAS CONSIDERED TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE BY THE NPS PROGRAM OFFICE.
