Description of requirement
THE SUPPLY CORPS STRATEGY WILL BE VALIDATED AND ASSESSED THROUGH A GOVERNANCE PROCESS. THIS GOVERNANCE PROCESS INCLUDED ESTABLISHING A SUPPLY CORPS CHIEF OF STAFF WHO WILL COORDINATE EXECUTION OF THE CHIEF OF SUPPLY CORPS STRATEGIC GUIDANCE. IT IS THE SUPPLY CORPS CHIEF OF STAFF S RESPONSIBILITY TO MANAGE THE DELIVERABLES UNDER THIS STATEMENT OF WORK. THIS GOVERNANCE PROCESS ALSO INCLUDES AN ENVIRONMENTAL LANDSCAPE MONITORING SYSTEM. THIS MONITORING SYSTEM IS REQUIRED TO TRACK THE MAJOR FORCES DRIVING THE STRATEGIC ENVIRONMENT OF THE SUPPLY CORPS. THE DATA GATHERED WILL BE USED TO DYNAMICALLY ADAPT THE SUPPLY CORPS VISION AND STRATEGY.
