SAP PURCHASE REQUISITION: 4200228972 THE PURPOSE OF THIS CONTRACT IS FOR NASA TO ESTABLISH AN ON GOING LONG TERM CERTIFICATION AND RECERTIFICATION PROGRAM TO PROVIDE AN INDEPENDENT ASSESSMENT OF KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS OF SYSTEM ADMINISTRATORS IN THE AREAS OF OPERATING SYSTEMS AND INFORMATION SYSTEMS SECURITY. INDIVIDUALS WHO ACHIEVE A DEFINED LEVEL OF PROFICIENCY ON THE EXAMINATIONS SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE CERTIFIED SYSTEM ADMINISTRATORS . A NASA SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR S CERTIFICATION SHALL BE IN GOOD STANDING FOR 3 YEARS UPON WHICH THE SA WILL NEED TO OBTAIN A RECERTIFICATION.
