Description of requirement

THIS PROJECT WILL ESTABLISH OVERALL MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY (MDA) VERIFICATION, VALIDATION AND ACCREDITATION (VV&A) PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES TO BUILD THE NECESSARY CREDIBILITY IN MDA MODELS AND SIMULATIONS (M&S). THIS EFFORT WILL INCLUDE PLANNING AND EXECUTION OF THESE PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES FOR ALL MDA M&S AND OTHER M&S AS DIRECTED BY MDA.
