Description of requirement

REQUIRES THE CREATION OF DATA ATTRIBUTE LINKS TO THE CORPS CADD/GIS SYSTEMS AND, AS NECESSARY, CREATES THE REQUIRED VECTOR LAYERS FOR LINKING. SCANNING HARD COPY MAPS, AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY, AS WELL AS DRAWINGS, AND CONVERTING THE SCANNED DATA WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED ON AN AS-NEEDED BASIS TO ACCOMPLISH THE DATA ATTRIBUTION EFFORTS. THE SCANED DATA WILL BE GEO-REFERENCED AND VECTORIZED AS NEEDED TO PERFORM THE APPROPRIATE DATA ATTRIBUTION. AS PART OF THE DATA ATTRIBUTION EFFORT, THE CONTRACTOR WILL ASSIST IN THE POPULATION OF CORPS GIS DATA CATALOGS, INCLUDING AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY CATALOGS, AS WELL AS MAINTAINING THE GIS DATABASE TO ENSURE THAT IT CONTAINS CURRENT GEOGRAPHICAL DATA.
