CONSTRUCT CLR043 - THIS ACTION HAS BEEN TERMINATED DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES WITH SBA APPROVAL OF THE FIRM'S 8(A) JV. IN ORDER TO PUSH THE CAR THRU AT THIS TIME FOR THE AWARD AND THE SUBSEQUENT TERMINATION MOD, THIS CAR IS BEING MARKED AS TSBSA RATHER THAN AS WHAT IT WAS ISSUED - AS 8(A) COMPETITIVE - DUE TO THE FACT THE SBA DID NOT APPROVE THE AWARDEE'S JV AND SO THE FIRM'S SAM INFORMATION DOES NOT INDICATE THEM AS VIABLE 8(A)CAUSING THE CAR NOT TO PROCESS OR VALIDATE UNLESS MARKED AS TSBSA.
