BPA CALL ORDERS/(TASK ORDERS) ARE AUTHORIZED. THE ISSUANCE OF EACH ORDER COULD RESULT IN THE AWARD OF A FFP OR TIME AND MATERIAL. 2. THIS BPA HAS A NTE $18,540,000.00 DOLLAR THRESHOLD CEILING AMOUNT. 3. THE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE (POP) FOR THE BPA CONSISTS OF ONE BASE FY AND FOUR (4) OPTION PERIOD YEARS AS FOLLOWS: BASE YEAR - DATE OF AWARD THRU 9/29/2018 OPTION YEAR 1- 9/30/2018 THRU 9/29/2019 OPTION YEAR 2- 9/30/2019 THRU 9/29/2020 OPTION YEAR 3- 9/30/2020 THRU 9/29/2021 OPTION YEAR 4- 9/30/2021 THRU 9/29/2022 4.
