IGF::OT::IGF BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) (SEE SCHEDULE) 1. THIS IS A SINGLE AWARD FIRM FIXED PRICE BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENTS (BPAS) THAT PROVIDES TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND TRAINING TO FNS AND STATE AGENCIES IN THE AREA OF STATE SNAP ELIGIBILITY SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT, TO SUPPORT EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION, IMPROVE PROGRAM INTEGRITY, AND ENHANCE SNAP CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. BPA CALLS/TASK ORDERS ARE AUTHORIZED. THE ISSUANCE OF EACH BPA CALL/TASK ORDER COULD RESULT IN THE AWARD OF A FIRM FIXED PRICE OR TIME AND MATERIAL. (SEE SCHEDULE) 2. THIS BPA HAS A NTE $15,000,000.00 DOLLAR THRESHOLD CEILING AMOUNT: LIMITS TO THE BPA: 3. THE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE FOR THE BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT CONSIST OF A BASE YEAR AND FOUR (4)OPTION PERIOD YEARS, AS FOLLOWS: PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: BASE YEAR: 9/24/2018 THRU 9/23/2019 OPTION YEAR ONE: 9/24/2019 THRU 9/23/2020 OPTION YEAR TWO: 9/24/2020 THRU 9/23/2021 OPTION YEAR THREE:9/24/2021 THRU 9/23/2022 OPTION YEAR FOUR: 9/24/2022 THRU 9/23/2023 4. THE SUBJECT BPA SHALL BE REVIEWED ANNUALLY BEFORE THE ANNIVERSARY OF ITS EFFECTIVE DATE AND REVISED AS NECESSARY. 5. IF ANY CONFLICT ARISES BETWEEN THE BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT TERMS AND GSA SCHEDULE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THE GSA TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL TAKE PRECEDENCE.
