Description of requirement

IGF::OT::IGF THIS IS AN INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) CONTRACT TO PROVIDE A VARIETY OF NATIONWIDE PROPERTY PRESERVATION SERVICES ASSOCIATED WITH PRE AND POST LIQUIDATION OF RURAL SINGLE FAMILY PROPERTIES, SERVING AS SECURITY FOR RURAL HOUSING LOANS AND GUARANTEES THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES. THE IDIQ AWARD CONTAINS A SCHEDULE OF FIRM-FIXED-PRICE SERVICES. THE SCHEDULE OF SERVICES WILL BE USED TO ISSUE FIRM-FIXED PRICE (FFP) TASK ORDERS FOR PROPERTY PRESERVATION SERVICES. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE THE NECESSARY LABOR, SKILL MIX, AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT TO COMPLETE THE ORDER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ATTACHED PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS), (ATTACHMENT A). THE ACTUAL QUANTITY OF SERVICES MAY CHANGE BUT THE CEILING OR AGGREGATE OF ORDERS MAY NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM OF $13,249,391.92.
