Description of requirement

THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE APPRAISALS WHICH WILL BE USED TO ESTIMATE THE MARKET VALUE OF SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY FOR LOAN MAKING, SERVICING, ACQUISITION, AND SALE. ALL APPRAISALS REQUIRED BY THIS BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE REQUESTING OFFICE WITHIN TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF THE ORDER OR AS NEGOTIATED BY THE ORDERING OFFICIAL.
