Description of requirement

THE VENDOR SHALL FURNISH THE SERVICES AS DESCRIBED IN THE STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) FOR SINGLE FAMILY HOUSING APPRAISALS WHICH IS INCLUDED ON ATTACHMENT A. THE AGREEMENT INCLUDES THE SOW, THIS BLANKET PURCHASE DOCUMENT, AND APPLICABLE CONTRACT CLAUSES AND PROVISIONS. THIS AGREEMENT EXTENDS FROM THE DATE OF THE CONTRACTING OFFICERS SIGNATURE TO THE END OF FISCAL YEAR 2019 (SEPTEMBER 30, 2019), WITH FOUR OPTIONAL YEARS THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 2023. OPTIONS MAY BE EXERCISED IN WRITING BY THE CONTRACTING OFFICER. THE BPA MAY BE CANCELLED BY EITHER PARTY IN WRITING AT ANY TIME. ANY WORK ACCEPTED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT IS SUBJECT TO PRIOR FUNDING APPROVAL.
