Description of requirement

BPA FOR ASL CERTIFIED INTERPRETERS FOR THE SE REGION. AS PER ATTACHED PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT. RATE $110.00 PER HOUR PER INTERPRETER, PRICE IS BASED ON A TWO HOUR MINIMUM. LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE RATE IS $150.00 PER HOUR PER INTERPRETER. CANCELLATION POLICY: FULL JOB WILL BE BILLED IS CANCELLATION IS LESS THAN TWO BUSINESS DAYS NOTICE IN ADVANCE, IF NO INTERPRETER HAD BEEN ASSIGNED NO FEE WILL BE INCURRED. THE SERVICE CONTRACT ACT OF 1965 (AS AMENDED) WOULD APPLY TO ANY SINGLE ASSIGNMENT THAT WOULD BE OVER $2500.00.. THE ATTACHED DEPARTMENT OF LABOR WAGE DETERMINATION NO1988-0742. REVISION 33, DATED 12/29/2015 IS HEREBY INCORPORATED INTO THIS PURCHASE ORDER. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PAY EMPLOYEES UNDER THIS CONTRACT AT LEAST THE MINIMUM WAGES AND FRINGE BENEFITS SPECIFIED IN THE WAGE DETERMINATION.
