SIN: 871 7SERVICES PROVIDED UNDER THIS SIN INCLUDE CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, ENGINEERING CONSULTING, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, AND RELATED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES SPECIFICALLY PERTAINING TO REAL PROPERTY. THE CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT APPROACH UTILIZES ONE ORMORE FIRMS WITH CONSTRUCTION, DESIGN, AND MANAGEMENT EXPERTISE TO EXPAND THE CUSTOMER AGENCY'S CAPABILITIES, SO THAT THE AGENCY CAN SUCCESSFULLY ACCOMPLISH ITSPROGRAM OR PROJECT. THE CONTRACTOR PERFORMING CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES ASSUMES THE POSITION OF PROFESSIONAL ADVISER TO THE CUSTOMER AGENCY.
