CONTRACTOR WILL FURNISH ALL LEGAL SERVICES, INCLUDING RESEARCHING, DRAFTING, DOCUMENT REVIEW, AND ADVISORY SERVICES ON ANY ISSUES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE CONSTRUCTION AND DELIVERY OF THE NSMV AND/OR THE ACQUISITION AND CONVERSION OF AN EXISTING VESSEL INTO A TRAINING SHIP. SERVICES WILL INCLUDE REVIEWING NSMV RELATED DOCUMENTS, CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENTS, SHIP CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS, SHIPYARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS, AND ADVISING FEDERAL OFFICIALS IN THE HANDLING OF NSMV RELATED NEGOTIATIONS; AND ADVISING THE LEGAL COUNSEL OF MARAD ON VARIOUS ISSUES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NSMV.
