IGF::CT::IGF R8 VOLUNTEER&SERVICE PROGRAMS PARTICIPANT BACKGROUND CHECKS THE SOUTHERN REGION OF THE USDA FOREST SERVICE ESTABLISHES THIS BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT(BPA) TO PROVIDE SERVICES FOR BACKGROUND CHECKS. SERVICES UNDER THIS BPA SHALL CONSIST OF BACKGROUND CHECKS ON INDIVIDUALS PARTICIPATING IN THE SOUTHERN REGION'S VOLUNTEER&SERVICE PROGRAMS UPON REQUEST BY FOREST OR DISTRICT PERSONNEL. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL PERSONNEL, EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES AND INCIDENTALS TO PERFORM THIS WORK IN ACCORDANCE WITH TERMS, SPECIFICATIONS, CONDITIONS, AND PROVISIONS OF THIS CONTRACT, THE AGREEMENT, SUBSEQUENT CALL ORDERS, LAWS, RULES, AND REGULATIONS.
